PROJECT BACKGROUND STATEMENT

This existing community in Park City have had issues with structural damage to site and housing. The damage was determined by a court to be caused by poor design and execution by the original developers; this project is a case study of how elevated site planning is in the Purview of Landscape Architects and can solve an array of complex engineering issues.   

 Study causes of the accelerated degradation of site and landscape and design means to correct and protect for the future.
